Meditation is a simple, natural and effective way to find better health and real happiness.

Each class is self-contained and you are welcome to attend any class at any time. No pre-registration is required. Everyone is welcome!

Class subjects

The Confidence to Change | April 12 – May 3

Everyone wants to change, but we often find ourselves feeling stuck in unhealthy and unhappy habits. Learn how to develop self-confidence that is based on a realistic view of oneself.  Through meditation and mindfulness create inner change that will skillfully bring joy and hope into our daily life.

Finding Hope | May 10 – 31

Only by creating peace within our own mind and helping others do the same can we hope to achieve peace in this world. Learn meditations that will create peace in our hearts and peace in the world. This series of classes is based on the book How to Solve our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Life Without Conflict | June 7 – 28

Painful conflicts occur when anger or hatred take over our mind.  Developing patience in meditation protects us from this pain. These classes will help us really understand what is anger, what are its effects, and how we can become a truly patient person.
