Our classes are continuing by livestream, but we are also starting in-person classes in a limited way in the fall, following Covid-19 guidance from the BC government.

Meditation makes our mind calm and peaceful, and what could be more helpful than a calm and peaceful mind in these difficult times? Please join us for these meditation classes – everyone is welcome and everyone can benefit from them.
