The ancient wisdom of Buddhist teachings gives a refreshing perspective that encourages us to look at life differently. We can solve daily problems, find real inner peace and enjoy deep happiness from practicing these time-honoured meditations and transformative ways of thinking.
Each week we take one of the 21 meditations in The New Meditation Handbook by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. These clear, step-by-step meditations show us how to progress on the spiritual path to enlightenment in a way that is perfectly suited to our busy modern lives.

Jill Arseneau is a member of the Teacher Training Program and has been studying, meditating and teaching at Kadampa Meditation Centre for many years. As a wife and mother of 2 boys, she has a wealth of practical, real-life examples and a deep understanding of Dharma that bring her teachings to life.
