About the course
Anxiety is very prevalent, especially in these times of uncertainty. If you are feeling anxious, don’t let it overwhelm you, but know that you can definitely overcome it.
This course taught by Gen Delek offers effective meditations and ways of thinking from the Buddhist tradition for overcoming anxiety. You will learn simple meditations that give immediate relief from anxiety.
We will also look at the mind and how it functions, and find the causes of anxiety so we can start to uproot them. Instead of allowing our mind to control us, we learn to control our mind.
Gen Delek will explain practical, daily life techniques that will replace anxiety with strong, stable states of mind that will be our ally and refuge in difficult times.
