Changing our world, one thought at a time

Sat, July 11
10:00am-12:30pm

In these challenging times we may think that there is little we can do to change the world, but Buddha’s teachings give us empowering insight into how we can make a difference with every thought.

Things exist only in relation to the minds that perceive them, and their nature and characteristics depend upon the mind that beholds them. With a good intention, we can choose to see ourselves, other people and the world around us in whatever way is most beneficial. Our thoughts, words and actions become powerfully positive sources of change for a better world.

Join us online for a morning with visiting Teacher, Gen Sanden to learn deeply inspiring meditations and special ways of thinking that can change the world!
