Death & Dying: a Buddhist perspective

Teacher Gen Kelsang Delek

About the course

We are alive therefore we will die. This is the simplest most obvious truth of our existence and yet very few of us have really come to terms with it. This course, following Buddhist teachings, will give us insight into death and dying, helping us to develop an awareness of our own mortality that will totally enrich and transform our life.

Gen Delek will also explain a very powerful yet simple practice called ‘transference of consciousness’ which will enable us to meet our death with grace, clarity and fearlessness.
