About the course
Everyone has the potential to be happy. What we need to do is develop the habits that create the experience of peace, meaning, and happiness in our life. In this course we will explore some of the mental habits that lead to this happiness for us.
Jill, an experienced meditator and teacher, will explain and guide meditations in this inspiring and joyful afternoon workshop.
Jill Arseneau has been studying, meditating and teaching at Kadampa Meditation Centre for many years. As a wife and mother of 2 boys, she has a wealth of practical, real-life examples and a deep understanding of Dharma that bring her teachings to life.
