About the course

Imagine living without stress and tension!

In this course, we will look at how meditation can beat stress and help you to be more relaxed, peaceful and positive in daily life.

Come and learn powerful stress-busting techniques derived from ancient Buddhist wisdom to help us face life’s adversities with a happy heart.

Everyone is welcome to this meditation event; it will consist of teachings, meditation and discussion and will be suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience.
