About the course
Since we spend so much time at work, it is important to make that time rewarding and fulfilling. In this course, we can understand and get to grips with stress, anxiety, and frustration using Buddha’s wisdom teachings.
Acquire tools and practices to improve focus and well-being which will help with creativity and communication at work.
Gloria is an experienced Kadampa meditation teacher who has been studying and practising Buddhism for many years. She works full time as a University professor, so she will bring a wealth of practical advice to this course.
