Heart Jewel: part 1

How do we improve our meditation practice?

On this course we will have a chance to learn about Heart Jewel prayers, the essential practice of modern Kadampa Buddhists.

These prayers help us deepen the insights we gain from meditation and to develop our spiritual qualities of inner wisdom, compassion and spiritual power. Gen Delek will explain how to engage in Heart Jewel and the many benefits we can receive through it.

Everyone is welcome.

In part 1 of the course the first part of Heart Jewel all be explained: prayers to Je Tsongkhapa, our Spiritual Guide. Part 2 will follow in a few weeks, and will explain the prayers to Dorje Shugden.
