About the course

Get away from your normal daily routine and enjoy teachings and meditations in the serenity and peace of Green Timbers Urban Forest.

In this short retreat we will explore the law of karma – the relationship between our actions and our experiences – through teachings and meditations.

Everyone has the same basic wish to be happy and to avoid problems but what are the real causes of happiness? Where does happiness come from? Gen Delek will explain how we can confidently create happiness in our lives both now and in the future, and enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Everyone is welcome to this short retreat.
