About the retreat

Lamrim means ‘stages of the path to enlightenment’. It is a series of clear, step-by-step meditations that show us how to progress on the spiritual path to enlightenment in a way that is perfectly suited to our busy modern lives. In this retreat, Gen Delek will guide these meditations and explain how we can easily integrate them into daily life.
