Meditation is a simple, natural and effective way to find better health and real happiness. Everyone is welcome!

Each class is self-contained and you are welcome to attend any class at any time. No pre-registration is required.

Sandy Darrell has many years of teaching experience and successfully completed a six month intensive teacher training program in the UK training as a Kadampa teacher. She is a gentle compassionate teacher whose wisdom brings her teachings to life.

Overcome Anxiety and Stress | Sept 5 – 19
Bring some peace and tranquility into your life this fall by learning meditations to overcome stress and anxiety. Buddhist teachings offer us a refreshing perspective, helping us to relate to a greater version of ourself so that we genuinely move beyond anxiety and stress in our daily life.

No classes Sept 26 or Oct 3.  Sandy will be attending the International Fall Festival in Arizona which you are also welcome to attend. More information and booking here

Freedom from Painful Emotions | October 10 – 31
Draw closer to the person you wish to be: peaceful, beneficial to others, and confident. Eliminate uncontrolled and painful states of mind, which keep us locked in unhappiness. Buddha’s illuminating teachings on suffering, its causes, and how to be truly happy show us how to do this.

$12 per class

Buy a series pass $30 for 3 classes, $40 for 4 classes, $50 for 5 classes
