Meditation is a simple, natural and effective way to find better health and real happiness. Everyone is welcome!

Each class is self-contained and you are welcome to attend any class at any time. No pre-registration is required.

Rasayana Studio is in the Coulter Berry Bldg, 2nd Floor
Opposite Wendel’s on Glover Rd.
The entrance is at the back of the building. You can enter through the breezeway off Glover Rd.

Teacher

Gen Kelsang Delek is a western Buddhist nun who has been teaching meditation for 24 years. She is the resident teacher at Kadampa Meditation Centre Fraser Valley in Abbotsford.

Stress less! | September 20 – October 11
Learn meditation and mindfulness techniques to transform your mind.  Make stress and other painful emotions a thing of the past.

Choose Happiness | October 18 – November 8
We have the freedom to choose happiness in our life.  Try these four practices of giving, discipline, patience and effort that will create the happiness we wish for.

Living in the Moment | November 15 – December 6
Discover four essential Buddhist meditations to keep us focused and real:
-Appreciating our Life
-Acknowledging our mortality
-Making every moment count: understanding the law of karma.
-Love is the way!

Cost & registration

$12 per class | Series pass $45 for 5 classes Free for Centre Card holders

There is also a special deal for the Stress less series: $36 for 4 classes

No one is turned away for lack of funds
