Detox Your Mind | June 4 – 25
Our negative states of mind such as anger, jealousy and worry create endless problems in our life, and mean we can never really relax and be happy. However, the good news is that every negative state of mind has an opposite positive state. This course will explain meditations and effective ways of thinking that will help us detox our mind and cultivate genuinely beneficial states of mind that will bring happiness to ourself and others.

Week 1 Detox the mind

Week 2 Turning worry into peace of mind

Week 3 Turning resentment into forgiveness

Week 4 Turning jealousy into a light heart

We take a summer break in July and August. Classes will start again in September. Meanwhile, if you need a top up, come along to Tuesday night classes that continue through the summer.

Cost & registration

$12 per class drop-in

Series passes $30 for 3 classes, $40 for 4 classes, $50 for 5 classes

Free for Centre Card holders
